CASA AURORA

PROJECT NAME: CASA AURORA

PROJECT OWNER: Mr. Eka

PROJECT LOCATION: Depok

ARCHITECT: Dimas

This home began with a simple request. A space that makes a family feel close every day. The owners wanted a home that feels warm, calm, and easy to live in. They wanted each corner to have purpose. They wanted a place that reminds them what it means to come home.

We started by learning how the family spends their days. They enjoy slow mornings together. They love cooking, talking in the kitchen, and sharing dinner without distractions. They wanted a living room where their child can play freely. They wanted a bedroom that gives them quiet moments after long days.

This is why the house uses soft, curved lines. The curves create a sense of safety and make movement feel natural. Large openings allow light to flow gently throughout the day, because the owners wanted a home that feels alive from morning to evening. Natural materials like wood and textured concrete were chosen to bring warmth without unnecessary decoration. Every element was arranged to support daily life, not just to look good.

During construction, the family visited the site often. They wanted to see how each curve was formed, how the structure rose, and how their ideas took shape. They felt involved in the process. We designed with clarity and precision, so they always felt secure at every stage.

When the interiors were completed, the same purpose guided every decision. The living room was made spacious for shared moments. The kitchen was shaped as the heart of the home. The master bedroom was planned to bring peace at the start and end of the day.

This home is more than a design project. It is a journey of building a place for growing, sharing stories, and feeling at home.
A home that follows the life of its family. Sagema helped bring it to life through a clear process, thoughtful decisions, and careful attention to every detail.
