This house was born from a simple wish. A family wanted a home that felt calm, grounded, and connected to their everyday life. They loved gathering outside, watching their children play, and enjoying slow moments together. They asked for a place that did not feel rigid or formal. They wanted a warm home with character, a house that reflects their lifestyle.
The carport is designed as a transition space where the home begins before stepping inside. The owner often comes home on a motorcycle, so this area had to feel open and comfortable. The seating nook beside the motorbikes is intentionally created for quick conversations after a long day. It is where family members wait for each other, share stories, or simply pause before entering the house.
The courtyard above the garage brings fresh air, trees, and filtered light into the center of the home. It is a small outdoor sanctuary. The family wanted a place where their children could experience nature without leaving the property. This courtyard becomes that quiet piece of green, visible from multiple rooms, always reminding them to breathe.
Inside, the spaces follow the same principle. Soft lighting, textured walls, and natural tones work together to create comfort. Nothing feels sharp or cold. Everything is arranged to support daily habits. A home where they can talk, rest, and grow.
