Lotus Pavilion

A yoga retreat set among Ubud's rice terraces, marked by an iconic gilded roof shaped like lotus petals.

Location
Ubud, Bali
Year
2026
Type
Villa & Resort Complex
Scope
architecture · structure · mep

Among terraced rice fields and the cool morning air Ubud is known for, we designed a space for reflection, set apart from the noise of the town. The main building stands as a strong visual marker: its roof forms lotus petals with a warm gilded finish, framed on every side by dense tropical landscape.

The supporting buildings around it hold on to their local roots through distinctly Balinese architecture, so the complex feels part of where it stands rather than merely placed on top of it.
