Uluwatu Villa by HUDU
Sanitation and pipework for a private villa in Uluwatu, routed behind the walls so the utilities stay clean, quiet and out of the guest's way.
This project answers what a high-end private villa in Bali demands: luxury design and utility performance that hold together. The MEP work on Uluwatu Villa by HUDU concentrated on arranging the sanitation and pipework neatly behind the walls, protecting privacy and the comfort of staying there at the same time.
Set in the warm, open-outlook character of Uluwatu, this two-storey villa relies on wide curved glazing that faces the sunken lounge and the pool directly. En-suite bedrooms on both the ground and upper floors call for independent sanitation that is hygienic, drains quickly and is easy to maintain.
Every clean water run, waste line and water heater tank was mapped to measure in a 3D digital simulation. Well-insulated pipe risers and a direct connection to the underground soak-away system keep this villa's utilities clean, quiet and functional.
