Cluster Villa 180

The challenge was not simply building on extreme contour, but building without overpowering what was already there. In these green hills of Nusa Penida we designed an exclusive housing cluster that follows the shape of the land instead of fighting it.

The massing runs long and horizontal in a clean, minimal modern-tropical language, while floor-to-ceiling glass and a cantilevered structure that appears to hover over the slope create a sense of space without edges — interior and panorama dissolve into one.
