Elia Villa
A two-storey L-shaped villa in Canggu where the finished rooms and the coordinated MEP model behind them are both part of the story.
Elia Villa was designed as a modern retreat in which the comfort of the interior and the reliability of the building's services are the same piece of work. The focus was interior engineering, the lighting scheme, and precise integration of the MEP systems, so every room functions efficiently without giving up anything visually.
In Canggu's shifting tropical climate, this two-storey L-shaped villa turns its openings toward the private pool and the landscape beyond. The ground floor is planned open — clean kitchen, island, and a dining space with room to spare — producing a fluid transition between areas and the airflow that keeps coastal humidity down.
Layered lighting carries the comfort further: decorative cone-shade pendants, concealed downlights, and up-and-down wall accents that bring the facade alive after dark. Every clean and waste water run, every integrated AC unit, the water heater and the pool pump were modelled together in BIM, which is what leaves the finished villa clean, functional and ready to live in.
