Komugi Bakery works from an idea of warm simplicity that centres the whole visual flow on the display area. Timber display tables and basket racks show the range of wheat-based goods naturally, reinforced by artistic pendant lighting across the ceiling.

Areas are divided using a wooden lattice partition. It works as a transparent separator between the seating and the circulation route, giving privacy without giving up the sense of space.

A biophilic note is integrated through hanging plants and transparent glass walls that make the most of daylight. Textured timber furniture combined with an earth-tone palette produces a bakery interior that is functional, good-looking, and at home in its surroundings.
