Lux Villa - Uluwatu is an MEP design carried out on three principles: energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and systems that stay reliable over time. The work covered clean and waste water pipework, the split AC system, electrical panel positions, and the engineering of the pump and pool filtration room.

The topography and coastal tropical climate of Uluwatu call for a genuinely independent water supply, serving luxury bathrooms, sanitation, and the pool across several floor levels. Vertical circulation is marked by an open spiral stair, integrated cleanly with the utility runs held in the main shaft wall.

The mechanical side covers well-insulated AC condensers and water heater tanks, plus horizontal pipework fixed to the floor slabs. The pump room's valve manifold is laid out in an orderly sequence so backwash and clean-water distribution are straightforward to operate — a modern villa that is robust, functional and ready to be built.
